Our fresh chillies are nothing like Supermarket bought chillies, soft and mushy!!! These are firm and hard with a much better taste!!! And will easily keep in the fridge for up to 3, weeks!!! You will also not find these varieties of chilli in Supermarkets. As these strains are extremely rare to find fresh, if at all!!! Also suitable for home freezing to use over the winter months! As a little goes a long way! Just a few small slices of one of these chillies will turn a curry to fire!!! They are hotter than you can imagine!!!
Also ideal for drying, powdering, seed saving, sauces and home freezing to use over the winter months!!! Simply take a chilli out of the freezer and slice off how much you need for your dish and immediately put the rest of the chilli straight back!!! Otherwise it will defrost!!!
