This liquid is not really intended for consumption as it is so hot!!! But can be used in cooking if you are very careful!!! (I.e a small drip in a meal!!!) A little goes a long way!!! As you will see when you use it!!!
This is a catering/wholesale size bottle of our Pure Capsicum! (See our other items for sale as we do sell it in far smaller quantities!) This size bottle is more intended for using to boost up heat levels in large batches of hot sauces, curries, spicy food etc! Gradually adding the Pure Capsicum in small quantities till the desired heat level is reached! So use sparingly!!!
It is highly concentrated and pure!!! So NOT the sort of product that you pour over your chips like tomato sauce as it is far to hot!!! A drip or two in a whole meal is enough for most!!! And it will burn you if you get it on your hands!!! We recommend you wear disposable gloves when opening/using!!!
