Capsicum is the liquid chemical found in chillies, which gives them their fiery heat!!! This liquid is not really intended for consumption as it is so hot! But can be used in cooking if you are very careful! (I.e a small drip in a meal!) A little goes a long way!!! As you will see when you use it!
Can also be used in chilli sauces to boost their heat levels!!!
